Her vids really are a nice place to not have your own thoughts for a while because she makes it so detailed that you get immersed, and lex's brain becomes your brain. Congrats on the diagnosis, by the way. I was diagnosed with it along with a slew of other things back in 2018, and getting through those first steps of seeking help can be the hardest. From knowing I needed help to actually getting it, it took me over 2 years. And I'm so proud of you for making it this far. This is a milestone you should take pride in and carry that pride on to the next, whatever that is for your journey. Progress is never linear, so if you ever feel yourself backsliding in any way, keep in mind that you've done it before you can do it again. Also, be patient with yourself, give yourself grace, and accept professional suggestions with an open mind. However if you feel you've given something a solid shot (like a month or 3 depending on the suggestion) and it's not making thing better or even making things worse don't be afraid to stand up for what you need because no one knows your brain better than you. This applies to medications, therapy methods, or even the doctors and counselor themselves. You got this because you're worth the work. Good luck, and sorry if this is a lot, lol. I'm genuinely just so proud
