I want to be honest with you. The buzz fade really suits you a lot. Looks super dope. I did from this tutorial yesterday on myself as well and I was the best haircut and my very first fade ever. I took me 3 hours but no doubt all the time worth it. Thank you very much Alex 👍💈

Bro, you taught me how to cut my own hair and now I am addicted and give myself a haircut every 2 weeks, sometimes even before. You look great but I think it would look even better if you pushed the fade much higher showing more of the skin and maybe using trimmers to give a very close bald fade down low. After months of experimenting, I go for a very high fade when I use a number 4 or 6 for a buzz cut up-top. My fades still show some hard lines here and there but they are way cleaner than the cuts I used to get from my barbers and they never ever faded to the height I wanted. Now I experiment every time I get a chance, I look forward to giving myself a cut because that's the only time I get to practice and get better. You are the boss dude, keep at it. 1: You always do a great job with self-cuts. 2: The cut looks objectively good. The fade is barber status, and the top is properly evened out. 3: I'm used to seeing you with longer hair so the buzz cut look is gonna take time to settle in, but you look fresh with it non the less.

I do a similar cut on myself and have taken some good tips from this that I'll try next time. I'd recommend going as low as a 4 or 3.5 on the top. Would look better. Great job!

what guard did you use first on top? I am trying to figure how to use a high fade guard 1 into a 5 on top . My wife cuts my hair and we use a number one then a 3 on top of the 1, then blend with a 2. Then she scissor cuts the top. I am just trying to figure out if I now use the 5 on top how to blend that 3 into the top ( 5 ) .

Dude! You don’t have an egg head.. trust me I have the egg head, discovered that the top of my head is narrower than my jaw hahah.. and terrible hair with a double crown that fights against itself. After years of trying to have it long and every style still failing I got it chopped off to a short crew. I have hair that goes left and right and sprits out where they meet. I’m probably going to make a big mistake but I’m going to take it shorter myself and so glad I found your video! You’ve made it look easy and if that works out, I thank you my man!

Your hair is very pretty :) im saving about 260 dollars (2600,-Kroner in my currency!) This is the equvalent of a whole month of groceries in my country!! every year by cutting on my own hair 🌞 Ive mastered four cuts so far: - Monk hairstyle - Skinning yourself, which is the eaasiest in the world ofc! - 90s Bowl cut And the classic - sidecut ala Ragnar lothbrok keeping it long in the middle part. I wore that for a few months but got annoyed that my hair took so long to grow hehehe so today i Skinned myself and took it all off ! 😋
