it was a production choice, Martin Brown asked Allister Brimble to create a rave-style soundtrack. he bought in a sound bank to create this track, which is excellent.

That Another World ending is legendary. It may seem simple and not really concludes the story by today's standards but it hails from a time when gamers were just satisfied by 'The End' appearing on screen. And then if that wasn't enough, after the credits it even gave you a little message basically saying go and live in the real world for a bit.

I still love this ending, which is one of the best in Amiga gaming. It opens onto another world

A great game, great soundtrack. The Amiga version was as close to the arcade version as could be possible. I did love the Spectrum version of it as well though.

Whenever I listen to this compilation of themes when it gets to 26:12 I keep thinking it is the music for Space Crusade haha but I don't even think you have that on your playlist do you?

I certainly hope that there are more of these compliations coming. What's the sample at the start, though? I can remember it, but having trouble placing it. There are so many more games with incredible music. I've been listening to these at work and gutted that this is the last one so far.
