Just FYI, any police officer can pull you over but only DOT officer state patrol to be exact or authorized to do inspections but if you break the law in front of any police officer, they could still pull you over. They just don’t have the clearance to inspect so that’s why you don’t see very many city police pulling truckers over.

When you need to use your diff lock its because of the slope your truck is at and your trucks rear axle isnt getting traction and the wheels start spinning and hopping thats why you couldnt pull out of the dock
