I don't know how you do it. I rented a small U-Haul trailer to carry gear for a family camping trip, and even that little trailer was really hard for me to manage. Backing up was really difficult. The trailer kept on going sideways and jack-knifing on me. I was so happy to be able to unhitch it once I got to the campsite. After the trip was over, I breathed a sigh of relief, once I got back to U-Haul and dropped it off. As it is now, I use a cargo carrier plus a rooftop carrier for the camping gear. It was also really cool to see the sleeping area that you have in the cab. It's like a tiny apartment.

my dad was a truck driver in eastern Canada for years in the 90s and i remember he said he did a delivery down to Boston once, that was the only time he ever did a delivery in the United States, he has drove through some very harsh canadian winter storms and i am sure its not fun driving a semi truck in the snow, idk if he still does, but he use to watch a show called Ice Road truckers, it was his favorite shows.

You may think I'm crazy but this is my optimal living situation. Small, warm and cozy. When I was young we owned a big boat and you'd sleep in the front in a similar space with the waves clucking you to sleep. This is so similar, the elements are wild around you and the wind is cold but you're safe and snug in your little pod 😊

I'm the same way! When I was a kid, I always wanted a canopy bed, and I would hang blankets around the bottom of my bunk bed and make a cozy enclosed cave. I still much prefer sleeping in a small space. Maybe why I love camping so much

My truck is my home, anywhere I go. I don't sleep as well anywhere else than in my sleeper berth. No video games, just DVDs to sleep to. Lots of books, and a weeks worth of food in case I get snowed in.

I have enjoyed seeing the true in and outs of overland delivery. I had an Uncle that drove, but I was too young to know the particulars. I have always thought drivers are underpaid and disrespected. Your videos prove it. These distributors want you to get there at all cost, but won't let you park to get sleep. That is pathetic.
