If you have young kids and are looking for a three-row crossover, the Atlas is simply the best option in America at the moment. With a roomy interior and the only second row designed to allow LATCH anchored seats to stay in place while accessing the third row, it's quite simply easier to live with than the Highlander or Pilot. VW's reliability falls behind Toyota for sure, but if I were in this position I'd mitigate that by swapping for something else once my kids were out of booster seats, but until then, it's Atlas all the way...
