Maxx Crosby has an interesting philosophy. He doesn’t just borrow from other pass rushers, he borrows from Bruce Lee himself. Crosby’s philosophy, game and play style are all centered around the concept of being like water, whatever the opponent does, you adapt, then defeat. What does that mean and how does he implement it? This week’s episode uses the coaches all 22 to analyze Las Vegas Raiders Defensive End Maxx Crosby.

Maxx Crosby is the equivalent of Davante Adams at defensive end. All the skills and moves he has paired with the mind games. Similar to what Davante has spoken about in some of his interviews.

Make sure to give props to Mike Mayok for finding this hidden gem. Also Divine Diablo, Nate Hobbs. Hunter Renfrow. Josh Jacobs. Jon Gruden ans Mayok were building the Foundation and they found a Franchise Left Tackle, Franchise Defensive End and A Franchise Running back. These positions are the hardest to find and the most important on the team.

For the raiders its the most important position and that's a QB that can get out of trouble when pressure is coming and strike down the field giving your wrs time to get open if initially they weren't open plus you must have a QB that can help the o line when its not performing well having a bad day or the running game can't stand like a statue and not think that its a possibility you might get sacked especially when your always going to have injuries great qbs like burrow, mahomes, allen, herbert, Lamar trevor Lawrence, tua, hurts, arron Rodgers, strout are always going to have the advantage over stiff pocket qbs tell me where theirs a pocket qb that's actually winning consistently mac jones and o connell are basically the same guy mac jones had 1 good season when teams figured him out its all over its a matter of time before o connell becomes the same and that's the problem with raider fans we have always had qbs that were inconsistent the fans fall in love with a qb because he threw a couple nice passes but in reality when they play top tier qbs the truth is evident their just average and fans will blame the o line or the defense or the coaching but raider fans never blame their qb like they did with carr and mind you carr could move way better then o connell.

I’m a 49er fan and love de’s like Bosa, Garrett, TJ watt, and Parsons when they’ve sold out on getting to a qb….the scheme for THOSE guys allows them to do just that… Crosby is the most underrated defender in the league because he’s capable of doing everything, but his personnel limits him because he has to play 50/ 50 ball… Guy is probably a 17 to 20 sack guy in other schemes, but he’s gotta be a 34 olb and the raiders are too dumb to realize that personnel wise, they’re a 43 team…. TJ watt is only a olb because, well, it’s Pittsburgh…guy would break the nfl sack record if he played de alongside todays 43 ends imho… No way in hell is TJ Watt covering TEs on a consistent basis…he passrushes every play… Thanks for the football science vid Alex! Always well done…

This is also what I mean when people were saying how Mahomes is going to get hit a lot this season. He was under A LOT of pressure last season as well. You just didn't realize it as much because he was getting rid of the ball so quick most of the time. What happened this past Thursday was nobody could reliably get open quick, which meant he had to hold the ball longer (thus exposing his offensive line - even if he still had OBJ and Wylie - he would have been pressured a lot). Topple the fact their runs weren't yielding much for yards, questionable playcalling, and drops, and basically you get a recipe for disaster for your QB Edit: There are very big rumors from credible people that Evans is probably going to end up in KC at some point this year. Can you do a video on Mike Evans? I know he had one of the lowest separations of all receivers last year
