I love midsommar and red velvet is one of my fav groups ever so the second I saw the first teaser for the MV and recognized the inspiration taken from the movie I already knew I was going to love this lol but they added so many references and easter eggs, like right at the beggining the drawings that show up first thing are just like the initial painting/mural that's shown right before the movie starts - it foreshadows everything that's going to happen, and once you watch the movie and look back at it, you see it's all there. i thought it was an amazing detail that they added their own version of it for the MV!!

you should check out GFRIEND if you havent already, they were a 3rd generation girl group but unfortunately disbanded in 2021 with their disbandment song MAGO. 3 of the members, Umji, SinB, and Eunha redebuted in VIVIZ. You should listen to Apple, Me gustas tu, glass bead, rough and sunrise. Their vocals are insane and are one of the top synchronised groups to this day
