RIP to Martin Mull (Jimmy) he passed away this year. But he won’t be alone in heaven. 🕊️

in this episode, Blanche gave Sophia, my favorite insult: 'my mistake. I thought since you looked like Yoda, you were also wise.' 🤣 there's Dorothy: 'I single-handedly, ruined a man's life today.' Rose: 'which hand?' Dorothy: 'this hand 🤳' 😂 if only there was a better hand emoji.

I love how Blanche always gave as good as she got whenever Sophia insulted her

Oh wow, I've seen this episode so many times but never realized the reason Dorothy says they need to use Rose's car is a callback to her car being towed. I just thought Rose's car was the only one with an 8-Track player. 😂

As someone who’s grandfather died from agoraphobia (he wouldn’t leave to get necessary surgeries to live) and grew up with a mother with agoraphobia this episode always means a lot to me

Fun fact: Jimmy would end up playing Mr. Kraft from "Sabrina - the Teenage Witch." That's what I always remember that man from, even though he's had an extensive career (he's appeared in "Roseanne" and the movie "Clue", among others). Sophia and Blanche were really vicious with the quips and insults in this episode - and I love them for it. XD Also (not my original idea but something I read years ago), after Dorothy asked her question at 11:05 , Rose should have said, "Not yet." I also loved the lengths Blanche has gone in covering up her real age - and how Rose proved herself to be just as vain as Blanche. XD

Roseanne,,,,, I just couldn't quite put my finger on where I knew him the most from. Part owner of the lunch box restaurant, before that manager of the mall diner Roseanne worked at.

It is great today that you can get anything delivered so you don’t have to leave the house. Heaven.

Jimmy was played by Martin Mull. He has been in many movies and television shows! Back in the 70s he was a regular on season 2 of the Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman show. That show was a parody of soap operas. Silly and funny as can be! That would be another show you could do reactions to! It ran for two or three seasons, I think. RIP Martin Mull. You are missed! 💕

I´ve known a couple of people like him. -One aunt barely did anything outside her house. She´d go shopping but that´s it. Always recluse inside her house. -The aunt of my grandmother truly NEVER left her house. She depended on family to bring her stuff. And her house was pretty small as well. I could´t understand how they´d live that way.

This is unrelated to the episode but I wanted to share with you that I've watched so much of your content that, now, when something off the wall happens in my life or I am caught off guard by a revalation, I respond with a singluar "damn" in your same cadence. I thought you might get a kick out of that :)

I believe I may have a mild case of agoraphobia...it's just work and then home. I just rather be at HOME then go out.
