There are a lot of pretty women creating fashion & beauty content but you stand out partly because of your accent! In my opinion you come across as genuine,warm & down-to-earth whilst obviously still caring about aesthetics.Don’t change - there are enough content creators who are practically indistinguishable from each other because of their neutral accents & obsession with portraying perfection. You clearly have a genuine love for animals rather than using them as the latest prop & don’t shy away from showing when things don’t go well(banana bread). I’m probably not your target audience(mid 50s) but I find your vlogs a refreshing change!

I stopped riding this year because the public riding school closed down and became a private stable only. And watching the ride from on top of the horse felt like riding myself which was so nice i miss it so much, also super cozy to see back in the stable with the horse, just made me so happy 🥰😄

Alex, I’m from the US and i grew up in a place called northeast philly (philadelhia,pa) and i have had this happen to me all of my life. You are soooo right! Telling someone to change their accent, besides being rude, is in and of itself ignorant, racist, and (sorry) an indication of a lack of education and class. You have an absolutely adorable accent. Whomever made those comments is clearly jealous and wishes they had half your beauty, style, and class. Rock on girl! NEVER CHANGE!

I’m Irish and I remember in my 20’s my confidence was knocked by a posh, well educated London manager who should have known better not allowing me to present my own work on a large Conf call because he didn’t respect my accent. It was hurtful at the time and his snobbery still angers me. I love hearing people’s accents - imagine how boring it would be if we all sounded the same. But accents are definitely not the most important thing either, your lovely personality is what shines out in your videos ❤

Where I used to work were a couple of women that had the audacity to call me out on my Dutch accent. I used to talk to them in Maltese back. What was said to you is pure rudeness and maybe jealousy. Tips for chia pudding for breakfast! I use 1 cup of almond milk and 3 tablespoons of chia, with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. I mix this up, important to mix it well and then after 20 minutes...give it another stir (so it sets nice and even) then put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning I add my frozen berries (defrosted) and granola...and whatever else you fancy (almond butter or peanut butter is great to add too). You can also add greek yogurt to the pudding as well as the almond milk...that works well too! xx
