Hey Alex, just getting into your vlogs and i love them!! I also suffer from TMJ / jaw problems and i have had a few sessions of accupuncture and it has been the only thing to really help! Id say you need to try it at least 3 times weekly to see long lasting results and you need to find a good therapist but it really helped me. TMJ can also be linked to your neck and posture, so perhaps just made sure you have a good desk set up/ youre holding your phone high enough when looking at it. Hope that helps xxxx

The candle has a pourer on it u can use it as a skin massage treatment too, use the melted wax oil and blow out before pouring it on! 😊

Alex omg I totally get the jaw lock. I had it in my teens. I just grew out of it. Mine would happen if I yawned it would click then lock and it was halfway not full mouth locking. I would just force it to close and it would. On rare occasions it wouldn't close so I totally get your panic and anxiety over it. Dr Raja looks like a great dentist and you're in safe hands. WOW I couldn't think of your teeth looking any better but what a difference ... I am thrilled for you. Steak by Andy amazeballs. Socks I am 48 and love them its a comfort factor. I love heat holders and put normal socks under them when its brassic like it has been of late xx

You can fix the jaw! I have done it twice in my lifetime…you need to see a maxofacialist - it’s a 5 minute procedure where they put a needle in the side of the jaw to wash out cartilage from the joint…very easy…x

Love your vlogs and I have had so many moments watching where I think ‘I’ve literally had that exact same thought’ lol. But he best so far though is the TMJ. I’ve got it too and have never met someone else with it. The way you described it is so true! Total panic when it happens. Mine clicks all the time and I went to see a massage therapist who would massage the inside of my mouth lol. It was very odd but it did help and apparently it was being caused by the tension in my neck from working on computers…etc so much 🤷🏻‍♀️

Loveee this video Alexx💕 loved the part with you and Flicker 🐎 absolutely beautiful … also, Im a RDH so dentistry talk is always very exciting to me lol .. sorry you’ve experienced the locked jaw, definitely nerve wracking, please take some ibuprofen prior to your next appointment and some warm compressions on the jaw joint always help just in the case … (they can pop a wet towel in a microwave for a quick warmup) … also, ask them for a bite block the next time you’re in the chair .. it’s like a tooth pillow and you can bite down on it while it helps prop your mouth open for them to do what they need to do / alleviates the pressure of jaw joint … hope this helps & good luck and happy Valentine’s Day 💕… beautiful smile 😃

Happy Valentine’s Day Alex and Andy. Thank you for bringing us along to your competition with Flicker ❤ Those pictures are amazing. Both of you look stunning. Oh I can relate to lock jaw (TMJ). For me it was during sleep and every time I woke up I was in a panic. So much anxiety. I even had problems chewing after a while so saw my dentist and had a special treatment where I had to wear a mouth guard on my bottom teeth for 2 months until the joint was in a better position. I guess my jaw muscle was so tense for so many years that it created this plus I wore braces. No fun. I completely understand the fear. Wearing a mouth guard (upper teeth) at night helps a lot for me. Sorry for the long message. Have a great week!

I have TMJ, have had two open jaw joint surgeries which haven’t worked, Botox helped me from grinding my teeth at night. strange question where is your bathroom wallpaper from please? It’s lovely xx

I think I am going to look into Botox as I also grind my teeth which apparently makes it worse! Of course it’s from Cole & Son the ‘Nuvolette’ wallpaper - John Lewis currently sell it ☺️

Totally depends on where you go, I imagine London prices will be more but where I went charge £200 per tooth - you usually just need a few at the top, maybe 4/6 :)
