Very nice and peaceful vlog Alex. I really love the alarm clock. I usually wake up at 5.00 am to run and it is dark and cold sometimes raining. I would like to wake up to the sound of ocean waves. 😊 I love your doggies 🐕 so sweet and the park was very lovely. I agree with you on keeping on a schedule and I always buy new and cute running clothes in January so it motivates me to get up early to wear them. Great ideas as always. Have a great week ahead.

Never view a horse at night. I did that years ago ago. He was lovely. The ride was lovely. He was calm and wonderful. We took him home that evening. Put him in the stall brought him out the next day. He was absolutely wild just wild.

Adored the puppy! Really liked the outfit you wore to the pub. I miss good old English pubs! Again, love Humbug. Such a soft spot for warmbloods and I've got LONG legs too. Feel for you and others with dealing with the equines in that weather. This was just over 25 years ago but it was miserable smacking frozen buckets of water, outdoor water troughs from ice and worrying if the horses were too rugged or under rugged. Was there enough hay. So, in some ways I don't miss it. Rotten weather here in the States. Had a deluge of snow that turned to ice from freezing temps. We've basically been walking or should I say trying to walk on a glacier. Stay warm & looking forward to your next vlog.

I have one of those alarm clocks too, mine is a Lumie and does exactly the same thing. I set mine to go to sleep as well to the sound of waves and wake up to birds singing. They are a game changer! One of the best things that I have bought.

I've enjoyed your strolling along with the doggies and Andy so very much in this beautiful park in its gorgeous landscape and I loved to see, especially "Bobble", my favourite, the perfect ball player and "Upper Cuddle Cheek" frolicking around. I'm definitely going to look for this "sunrise clock", may be, it helps getting better with my bad sleep. Regarding drinking enough, 3 liters per day, I'm drinking a lot of ( unsweetened ) herbal tea, mineral water and two cups of loose leaf black tea, with milk and sugar, before 6 pm, not to disturb my sleep pattern. What are your suggestions, regarding handbags ( colours! ) for 2025, please, as I'm not so fond of "pink", please? You, definitely, and Leonora, have become my two favourite "vloggers" since last year. Thank you as well for sharing a bit of your life. I know, how it is when you struggle to relax ( I've got the pet name "work horse" by my partner ). Would you be so kind to give your "Furry Friends" a big cuddle, especially "Bobble", telling them, "it's from Suschka", please? Loved to see little sooo cute Dachshund "Fritz", ( my grandfather's name ). Think, all guests of "The Bottle"-restaurant did want to cuddle with him, just being 12 weeks old, I guess🐕! Apparently, the second Friday in January is called Quitters Day, because that's when most people give up on their New Year resolutions. Like you said better to do this in smaller doses than trying to change your ways all in one go, then feeling bad because you slipped back into your old ways. I'm more of a night owl but am definitely trying to go to bed earlier seeing as I get up at 6. I love seeing puppies playing, our dogs loved the dog park and playing fetch, we bought a Chuck-It to save our arms. Looking forward to seeing more of Flicker and Humbug.
