What’s your relationship to this song a decade and a half later? This song is so raw and fits your voice like a glove. You were a refuge to me growing up btw. I rewatched Instant Star so many times growing up. Your music probably saved my life many times. Looking back this song is peak teenage heart break. It’s so iconic. I still revisit it even though I’m now in a happy / stable relationship. It’s a memory thing I guess 😂
