Destroyer was KISS at their very best. My first KISS record too. I can`t find any other KISS album that is as good all around, with no weak tunes there. I have never seen them live though. And in the 80`s Metal was King ,so my focus leaned to the thrash scene going on with a few key bands like Metallica and Megadeth, Anthrax, OverKill, etc. Maiden and Priest were always there for us thru many years. What I find in kids today is that a lot of them are listening to our music we grew up with 40 years later going strong still !! When we wre that age we thought the Who, Zep, CSN, and many other bands had recorded only a few years ago were "played out" really. But they were almost new in reality. I am sorry. I am having a hard time putting thought to word here. Cheers old man !!🤘💥

Ace, Eric C, Peter and Vinnie (Ace especially) will always be my top favorites, and for me the original lineup will forever be my favorite. It's just kinda sad that they aren't going out with a bang with the originals, it just doesn't feel the same to me

I'm particularly fond of the lineup with Eric Carr & Vinnie Vincent! Eric's Thunderous drumming and Vinnie's combination of both shred and melody Gave KISS a heaviness they lacked in the past.

Aside from the main lineup the Vincent - Carr lineup may be my favorite. Don’t get me wrong the Frehley - Carr lineup has a ton of potential but it only lasted for the Unmasked tour and The Elder both of which were pretty Meh

One Hell of a run. Summer 1977 I was 12 when I snuck out and saw them the first time. If I get the chance to see them this last tour I will be painting my face once again. And Rock- n- Roll all Night Long.

I’ve seen them 3 times. Original members reunion in the 90’s. Then again in 2010’s with current lineup. Then the last time on their farewell tour. Last one was the best because I was sober and remember the whole concert !!

There are some reasons for the video. Peter left Chris Band in 1980 and that same year joined Eric Carr. Ace Fairley left the band in 1982, then joined Vinnie Vincent and left in 1984, then joined John and continued with them for seven months, then left and joined Bruce Kulick.
