In that sense HTSD was (for me) a step back, and I was a little disappointed. Not that I say that I don't enjoy the album, but I just don't think it's THAT good and I don't like how underrated Death Magnetic is

The Tracks on Death Magnetic had some bangers like Judas Kiss and That Was just Your Life but I felt that track list On Hardwired holds up Better. That’s just my opinion though.

St Anger is a hideous album. Reload had a couple of decent songs but mostly not good. Garage inc is badass but all covers. S&M not fantastic. I'd have to choose Death magnetic with load coming in at a fairly close second. Just my opinion 👍relax🙏🤘

The change between 2018 and 2019 is unbelievable, like he suddenly aged 10 years. James kept a young look for many years, I remember seeing the XXX anniversary shows and he looked young and in shape, like he went back in time, he undoubtedly worked very hard and probably got some gear to get in shape for those shows. Overall he is quite well nowadays, considering almost 40 years of endless touring and heavy alcohol use.
