Finally, the colours aren't authentic. The engine should be steel and aluminium and the body should be Zeropaints Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza Rosso ZP 1609.

Colors sometimes depend on personal preferences. I always try to use similar colors and not dirrecly autentic colors, because color pallete is so huge and I have no place for storing and also they are very expensive if you use one color tone ony to one model. Also after wheathering and varnishing the color tone is changed and from authentic colors you have only similar colors. But this is only my opinion.

Why spray over the chrome ( sprue I) engine parts? Also, airbrushing without gloves isn't good.

:) Yes, gloves are important, but I'm sometimes lazy. The original engin parts were glossy in my opinion and looks more plastic. Therefore I have tried to make it more metalic.
