Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV 2.0 Rotrex charger

440hp @ 8000. FIrst drive for many years. Nerve wrecking but very fun. :-) testing revealed many smaller areas that needs improving.
Driver needs seat time as well, hehe.
All in all engine and drivetrain kept together.
Looking forward to better use the cars full potentional.

special liners? JimK told me to not even consider a 2L unless I have mono barrels from Steck or Beninca. So I dropped the idea about the 2L and went with a 3.2 24V with JimK cams, in the 75. I will try add a Rotrex later. What special setup do you have to withstand the boost?

LIners are semented in the block. So they wont move anywhere. I have not tried with std setup for the liners, Jim is propably right that it would fail at high boost. There is also a special drysump pan that bolts to main bearings from below to stabilize the block. 440hp at the flywheel. I dont have a project thread for documentation. compression is 8.5:1. 440hp is on high octane race fuel. would be less on regular street petrol. not sure how much difference.

440 at wheels or engine? most impressive. what boost and compression are you running out of interest? sounds great. is thrre a link to engine bay photos and specs ?

buzzedo1 440 at engine. boost 1.7bar at 8000. very peaky. need to fit the closeratio gbox..

Mats Andersen Donuts hold up ok? still a factory prop shaft? looks like fantastic fun! very jealous. Mine is still a long way off completion.

Mats Andersen I guess also you run high lobe seperation if peaky? what cans do you run? With the right ratios It will be a blast so long as cooling is sorted!

buzzedo1 peaky because of centrifugal charger... propshaft is not std. iys cv joints and u joint
