Great video guys. I’ve been wondering how to get the cup holders out. I did my own carbon overlay with a different weave and the cup holder section is the last part I need.

@Dvalley, I’m also looking at overlay pieces (from madness). How did yours come out? Would you recommend it? I’m sure it’s a way easier installation process compared to replacing the parts like in this video. Great job by the way @modded motors

@@gil6413c ours aren’t overlays they are OEM pieces. Personally I’d rather do an overlay than doing this process again lol I’ve seen positive feedback on the Alfa forums.

@modded motors, I watched the video, I know you guys got what looks like factory carbon pieces from a QV. I was asking the guy who commented that he installed an overlay piece. I wanted some feedback on appearance and fit of the overlay pieces. I definitely wouldn’t go through the process you guys did. Seeing how many pieces you had to pull apart, made me uncomfortable, lol. So I’m definitely looking to add a bunch of overlay pieces with an adhesive. I think the double sided tape may be too thick for my liking. Video was great, keep ‘em coming! 👍🏽

Hey, I am looking to replace the passenger side air vent on my Giulia because I suspect it rattles and gives annoying noise, but I dont know how to remove it. Did you try anything with that? Thanks!

Great video. I am still, however, unclear how you removed the small panel in front with the USB port. You said you had to get something from Amazon, and didn't show how you get that rectangular panel off (at about 7:50). Otherwise, it is an awesome video, great lighting, you can see everything you need. Great job!

I used trim removal tools to get that piece. It’s hard to show but a trim removal kit that has a 90 degree angel will get it. Thank you for the support 🙌🏽 we truly appreciate it

So just clarify, to remove the slide on the cup holder do I actually need to remove all that, the part at the end of your video appears to just have you pull it, can that be done without all that disassembly? Just to allow me to change the lid Tia

@@ModdedMotors I’m sorry but I’d have to disagree. It was an opinion. This was probably one of the worser videos I’ve seen on how to go about replacing the center and taking out the knobs altogether. I had to watch another video about installing the race feature to more accurately understand how to go about removing, and replacing the center console thing and knobs. Yes You guys are probably the best channel in regards to modding. I’ve been watching since you guys had maybe 200 subs lol. It’s no hate and I have no reason to say thank you tho, other then the other great content you post about this car. In this video you guys were already done with the process and kinda just pointed at what needed to be done. I usually come to these videos so I can understand how to do it and where to apply pressure to avoid breaking any clips.

@@jonathanvillaraus4310 I can appreciate where you’re coming from. This was our first year into KZbin and production could’ve been better. As far as instructions the reason this video was created was because there was absolutely no information out there. Was it the best? Probably not but it’s also the only video of someone doing this. As we filmed this I was going through every source to find out how to do it myself. I tried my best to go back and explain the process. We’ve hopefully been more clear on videos. Im glad the race mode was a little more helpful. We appreciate the support and as a reminder these videos take us sometimes hours to put together. We’ve also spent thousands on buying parts to make content. We you say “worst video” it discourages us from creating content for the Alfa. If you’ve been a follower for a long time you might know I personally have FaceTimed many Alfa owners and walked them through this specific install. We’ve single handedly responded to over 4,000 Alfa owners asking for help or questions. When you spend this much time and give that much to a community it is frustrating when you get negative feedback. We appreciate the feedback and hope you enjoy future videos. We’ve also hired a videographer to hopefully better convey processes.
