Do u have a different exhaust btw I'm thinking of getting this Giulia veloce, do you think its fun even if automatic and awd? Does it feel good driving fast in corners? I'm coming from a manual bmw 428 rwd so idk.

It is a standard exhaust. Unfortunately, what is heard comes from the speakers. The ZF gearbox works great on the track. The Veloce drive with Q4 acts as an RWD with included front. The drive is only transferred to all wheels when the grip is lost. The standard suspension when running on the track is a bit soft, so I replaced it with Eibach springs, but I will probably mount KW V3 in the future.

@@llll-qw2hk the exhaust noise in this car does not come from the speakers. It is not a fake sound. The sound comes from a sound box located below the collectors. The artificial sound is more typical of cars like the Golf GTI. Cheers!

@@wolf250015 Unfortunately I can confirm that the engine noise is indeed piped through the speakers, because I caught my Giulia in the act one windy day when I briefly heard wind noise blowing over the microphone. Also the engine sound is distinctly different in dynamic mode compared to natural, in a way that could only be achieved by digital sound processing.

@@richardwild76 what Giulia model do you have? In veloce termination there is no variation in the sound of the engine in any case. dna does not affect the sound of the engine. my Giulia is the 280cv gasoline.

Many people do not know this but some traffic laws still apply at the ring! Alfa Romeo Giulia is one of the few cars you can be arrested in ........... for driving sex on wheels! What a car!

Czekam az zniosą kwarantanne i chyba wpadne swoją veloce. Fajny przejazd, jak oceniasz zużycie opon i hamulców po takiej rundzie?

Co do opon to nie zauważyłem większych zmian a hamulce dostały ostro ale nie było z nimi problemu do końca z tym że jechałem na nawiercanych traczach od Zimmermann oraz klocki EBC yellowstuff. Robotę też zrobiły sprężyny od Eibach usztywniając lekko zawieszenie. Po pierwszym razie Giulią ma Nürburgring bez żadnych modyfikacji hamulce przejechały by jeszcze max 1 raz i do wyrzucenia. W końcu jeden przejazd to 20km wiadomo na jakim terenie;) Po wymianie na sprężyny od Eibach nie musiałem tak często i mocno hamować bo samochód nie przechylał się tak drastycznie. było by jeszcze lepiej gdyby był jakiś gwint. A orginalne zawieszenie w Veloce nie nadaje się do jazdy po torze. Co jeszcze do opon to są te na których wyjechała z fabryki. Jakby założył typowe na tor to zabawa była by większa

@@llll-qw2hk Ciekawe spostrzeżenia, zawsze mi się wydawało, że moja giulia jest dość sztywna. Przemyśle czy warto swoją katować na ringu bo mam jeszcze 10 miesięcy najmu i będzie mnie to kosztować chwilę przed zdaniem auta. Może lepiej coś wynająć na miejscu.

@@mjarowicz Na pełnej serii prowadzi się bardzo dobrze, podczas szybkiej jazdy poza torem sprawuje się wyśmienicie ale na Nürburgringu nie upalałbym jej. Od tego jest w seri Q albo 4C. Zmiana zawieszenia, jakieś dobre klocki, opony i uwydatnić hłodzenie hamulców wystarczą do dobrej zabawy

@@mjarowicz Nie miałem przyjemności prowadzić Q. Pojedź na jakieś 70% albo wybierz odcinki na których dasz buta;) Ciekaw jestem jak by się ona sprawiła na innych torach bo Nordschleife jest naprawdę wymagająca. Jak się będziesz wybierał to dawaj znać. Mieszkam w okolicy i czasami jestem na torze

Not quite as quick but not much difference. The 2.0 cheapy boxster does 0-60 in about 5 seconds, the average person will probably do it in 5 and a bit seconds, which is the 0-60 speed of the Alfa Veloce. The 2.5 litre boxster however has a bit more poke in it and will do 0-60 in about 4.5 seconds. However, why would you ever buy the poor man's Porsche. Boxster owners are known as the people how can't afford a real porsche. Go for a Cayman if you can't stretch to a 911. The Caymans are serious fun.
