Valid point regarding resale. It shows if the car has been taken care of. However there are even service books being falsified nowadays. I do basic maintenance like oil changes etc by myself. I do keep all the bills. Cool vid, thanks for sharing.

That’s right there is a reassurance when you see the car has been serviced at a main dealer. I agree sometimes even the main dealer don’t do things properly, who knows if the work is done. Hi Marino, I agree totally. To have a Main Authorised dealer carry out the service is what i like to do, so much better. A Trusted source and peace of mind definitely will add value and just to ensure its in safe hands. I think the price you paid, was fair and reasonable. Fuel injectors caught me out years ago. Were expensive to replace, so very good you had them cleaned. All in all, I think fair price , beautiful looking Alfa. Elegant indeed ! Tony

There are other private garages that also do a good job but it’s that stamp from the main dealer, which really helps come resale time. Thanks for your feedback on the price. Fuel injections are a must for diesel especially with all the deposit it makes. I appreciate your feedback 😊👍🏻

I'm thinking of buying a Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2.0 JTDM 2 Veloce 2012 which has over 83k miles on it. 1 owner and full service history. I know people says its not a reliable car after but as a similar car owner, what would you suggest and you experience so far. Please let me know. Love the video and its very useful.

Oh nice my experience with the Giulietta has been a great one. The 2 litre diesel has plenty of torque and power. I have the 140 bhp variant. I’ve done 20 airport runs and every time the drive has been lovely. The mileage is about right for the car you are looking at. I’m glad it has the full history because it means the car has been maintained and rightly so. I might have a suspected turbo leak which happens on many cars so look out for leaks in the engine bay, make sure you test drive the car and listen for noises especially humming or rattling. I would also check if gears go in smooth and the clutch is easy to depress. Thank you very much Mo C I’m glad it bought you value.

It’s a very fun, sporty, stylish car, with great engines. storage could be abit better and rear legroom but the driving pleasure makes up for these little niggles. Make sure the car is maintained and you should be fine
