I've just replaced the fan/blower in my wife's Giulietta thanks to your videos and also Cran Swil. I found getting the old fan out and the replacement in was very hard because of the tight space. Also re-joining the plastic cover onto the fan in that confined space was incredibly hard. However perseverance paid off and I finally got everything back together. The whole thing took me about 7 hours over 2 days and when I turned the fan on it runs well up to half speed then it starts to make a loud vibrating noise like cardboard in a bicycle wheel. I may have damaged a fan blade during the install but I'm not going to take it back out to see. Anyway I have saved £800 which is what I was quoted for labour to remove the dash and fit the fan, so big thanks to your video and also to Cran Swil.

Excellent video and very useful. One anomaly I would love you to clear up. In the video you say that there is a constant 12 volt feed to the fan so that is how you could tell that the fan had gone. Surely the voltage feed would be variable from say about 3 volts up to 12 volts depending on the switch position? I ask because I have a problem with my fan that is not working and has a 12 volt feed with no variance. thanks, Mark.

Great video. My G has heating problem slightly different. When I select hot air on driver side dial/ vents say 26 deegree it does blow warm air only surely not jot, however passanger side temp/vents also selected on 26 blows they blow ice cold. Would it be mixer motors or something else, if so are they built in within whole blower motor assembly or could be removed a bit easier? Thanks in advance.
