can you help me pleas efr part number that you mention as a little swicthhboard conventer? it is a 8 pin f IC. my ptz lgitech use the wrong 12 vac and that ic was broken.

Can anyone tell me which pins are used for 12v power? In the video, 5V is connected from the USB socket. And where to connect 12V from the power supply?

12V power is spliced into the cable that connects to the mini-DIN (PS/2) socket at the base of the camera. 5V from the USB is actually not connected. There is a barrel jack receptacle near the mini-DIN connector on the cable, and the "hot" pin is the second one (counting clockwise if you look into the connector). You can look up USB to PS/2 wiring diagrams, and just replace the USB 5V with external 12V in that.

disassemble it, and reconnect all connectors, double check all connectors for all motors and all sensors, the focus is also a motor with end stop sensors
