I started with modding razor electric dirtbikes to go around the block with the kiddos. But am currently in the idea faze for a road worthy toy. Your videos are the shit man!!! I think you should put a smaller rear sprocket on the back, then you will be at lower throttle and the cvt will adjust to reduce motor load :)

Johny Action that’s the plan! We actually started working on that near the end of the video. Unfortunately no cvt on this setup, it’s direct drive so gearing is definitely a challenge. Thanks for the input! I Appreciate any and all suggestions!
