Hi Alfonso & Jessica, Here is a something interesting for you two.. I know that you guys are professional dancers / dance teachers etc. I have seen some videos of yours on youtube. In addition to street food videos here is something you can do... here's the name of the channel & their video. They are an Australian family.Just go through it, I am sure being professional dancers, you can do much better than these regular guys. Channel name: Living the Jo Life Video: We made our own BOLLYWOOD Movie!(Mumbai, India) If you do something like this on an Indian song with Indian steps, you can set the internet on fire... Whether you actually do it, is your choice!

Churros you should try it when you was in LA
@marekckКүн бұрын
Of course, now you are going to teach those who created them how to make churros? Some of you are simply absurd. Here they are also made filled and full of sugar, but they are neither the originals nor to the taste of the majority. In Spain, people enjoy the flavour and quality of the product with as few embellishments as possible.

Croquette is not Spanish it’s Portuguese
@marekckКүн бұрын
LOL. The first mention of croquettes is found in the book “Le Cuisinier Royal et Bourgeois” which describes a dish called Croquet, which was breaded meat. But breading meat already existed in Ancient Rome, in the 1st century AD, as recorded in the cookbook “De Re Coquinaria” by Apicius. Bechamel sauce may be from François Massialot in 1691, and they even put bechamel sauce on the meat and breaded it. But the croquette as we know it is Spanish. It has been recorded since 1700. In fact, it did not exist in any gastronomy in the world, and almost no foreigner knew about it without having had references from Spain or from people who have been in Spain. In Portugal you have some incredible dishes, but do not do what others do, wanting to appropriate what does not belong to you.
