Jag skulle vilja rekommendera "Landhs Konditori" i Bankeryd, Habo (tror att bageriet ligger här)

I have watched all of the bakery videos on this channel. We are visiting southern Sweden next summer. We will absolutely go out of our way to visit a bakery featured on this channel, even if it means a long train trip. This has become my favorite KZbin channel!

Everything looks so yummy! I would love to move to Sweden. For the last 9 years I've been a software engineer, working in Los Angeles. But I am considering a move and Sweden is way up on my list. Apparently Stockholm and even Linköping have strong tech industries. And for the last 3-18 months I've been learning various languages spoken in that part of the world: Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian. I'm going to look into this more closely. 😁Tack för dessa fantastiska videos. God jul och gott nytt år!

This looks like an amazing Bakery! You're all very talented. I think most of the cardamom in the world is in Sweden, lol. Greetings from Haida Gwaii, BC! Keep on baking!

And Finland. Finland also have a big love for cardamom

I will keep my eye on your ovens for you while you bake. I will let you know if they are starting to burn.

Can you let us know what happens to all the food that is not sold by the end of the day?

I would love to hear what the early morning baker is talking about, but no! Instead I get to read how the school children come to see how big the machines are! I’ll bet they get to hear the baker explain all the things I’ll never know, because his speech isn’t translated.

I'm Swedish but it's hard separating his voice from the background noise at times and there are a lot of cutoffs making it hard to get a context much of the time. Here is some of what I could make out: Something about preparation ahead of time, adding flour so it doesn't stick. Talking about the dough being sensetive because of the extra ingredients, so you cannot weight it but have to use judgement. Talking about how the dough is placed to make the process faster. "This is going to be rolls, let's get the thickness correct from the start". "I haven't done these rolls for that long, started doing these particular ones recently". Describing what products are on the trays. Mentioning how compact the bread is. Something about taking the buns directly from somewhere so they don't need spraying with water but rather using a sugary solution after the baking. Describing one sort of buns having sunflower seeds and almond then saying most people want sugar instead. "Let's put them in for a little longer". "Five plates of this, three playes of that". "We use these for our sandwiches". Something about being done at the same time so there's no need to sort them. "These are popular". Something about surplus water but I can't make out the context.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Since the footage is filmed over several hours and edited down, it’s hard to include everything, so the subtitles are more of a summary of what he said. I really appreciate your thoughts so I can improve the videos:))

Why make such a complaining comment instead of just simply proposing: “Hey, maybe translate some of the things the bakers are saying next video”?
