Hi, such a great recommendation on workflows, I was wondering how did you enter the Currency Converter command without typing the keyword "c"?

I did, you can configure that in settings but I believe by default you can just type something like "100 eur to usd" and it works?

In Alfred, as soon as I type any characters after the workflow name, it exits the workflow name and selects the next default item. There must be something wrong in my Alfred configuration. Would this be right?

I've just finished installing all of my favorites workflows from your videos, some didn't work out of the box but it's alright. The tabs workflow though is a complete game changer. I will never use my mouse again to move in chrome in which I spend so much time in. You've made an impact on my life bro, thanks.

Thanks for the video! I am a beginner with Alfred. After downloading and installing the workflows, how can I find out how to use them in the launchbar? If i try to type the commands like in your video, I get google searches for the text I have just typed. Thanks!

It depends on each workflow but most get automatically added, though.

Love how dense you videos are. I’ve used Alfred from day 1. You teach me things, I should know, e.g. the thesaurus. There is so much to know in Alfred just on the surface. Your deep dives are excellent. How do you see devonthink and chat gpt working together?

The calculate anything requires php binary. It would consume more than 8gb space.

Thank you for taking the time to create yet another useful and informative video. I'm a windows guy (yes, that dumb) and can't use this one but I can look for the features with the windows world. The one i feel is most helpful is "recent file". I am constantly forgetting where I just saved something.

Thansk Mark! I also have a windows PC myself, I use both! Unfortunately there's nothing like alfred on the windows side of things as far as I know. The closest thing I've come across is "flow". It is by no means as powerful as alfred, not as fast either, but it's the best I was able to find! :)

Good video! You make me wish an Alfred for windows/linux, dang. Some of the workflows can be integrated with omnisearch chrome bar. I have up to 36 customized shortcuts to search engines. But alfred seem to be so much powerfull thant this simple feature. Thanks for share :)

Windows has "flow" but its really more of a spotlight replacement and lacks siginificantly behind alfred. As for Linux i'm really not sure as my linux machines are all server based (trueNAS, Synology and Ubuntu) so I have no need for an alfred type app. Glad you enjoyed the video :)
