Instead of Pure Paste, if you have Alfred -> Cmd + option + C brings a huge clipboard where things are without format

Just an FYI, Mac has text shortcuts built into the OS. Just go to the settings and you can add as many text shortcuts as you want. You can even have it type entire emails if you want. I like using things like @@ for my email address.

Alfred also does text expansion, so you might not need the Espanso app.

It does indeed! But with Espanso it works across my windows machine as well. And it's more robust!
