I was a hardcore atheist when I walked into church on Mother's Day for the morning service in 1988, I went for the simple reason to shut my Mom up. Well these blinded eyes were opened and like Saul of Tarsus the scales fell away. This song was one of the songs that the worship team performed for the glory of God that morning. There was a set of drums in the church that wasn't being played so the Lord taught me to play and I spent 13 years at that church. I received my ministers license and later was ordained. Give years ago I received my PhD in Theology. God through his Spirit taught me to play guitar. My journey started on that Mother's Day 1988 and I am here to tell you that he is still the same great big God on May 19,2023. My mom's birthday is today, I lost her two years ago to COVID-19 and I look forward to the day that I can sing this song around the throne of God with her. Your choir did an absolutely amazing job on this song. Keep singing, keep praising, keep dancing and I will see you around the throne.

When I met my wife who's parents are from Tijuana and Guadalajara, I was so damned relieved that not only were they Protestant as I am, but go to a Mexican Pentecostal Church down street. Once there, I didn't know Spanish, but one doesn't have to at any Pentecostal service in the world...the Lord is truly present. Pentecostals are the most spiritual services ever. You feel it. And we get down.

Hi Patrick, I hope you are well, I read your comment and am compelled to ask you if you can truly btestify to being saved. Have you turned your entire over to Jesus, even those things that you think don't matter. The things that you don't affect your relationship and with Him. He is truly Lord and Savior. He wants to be in an intimate relationship with You. Yield your heart and emotions over to Him Brother. I love you and hope you experience the love of our Daddy today!. It's ok. He can handle it all.

Troalisa Lockhart I am born again and would die for my faith in the Almighty. However, I'm rotten as a sinner. But aren't we all. I do the same things over and over, battling addiction but I never stop keeping the fight. Truthfully, Pentecostal is the only church where I feel like I fit in, oneness with Christ, happiness among my brothers and sisters in Christ, and leave feeling fulfilled and recharged. It's sooooo hard walking the straight path but I don't and won't ever know when good enough is good enough .

Just want to let you know a brother in Christ from Alberta Canada, and a white guy :) loves your choir. Very blessed by watching some of your videos. I know you believe the truth you are singing about. Thank God His church includes every color and nationality. Yet, we are all one blood, and by faith all children of Abraham. Acts 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; God bless you at Alfred Street, love you guys.

A blessing is still a blessing, even when it arrives with difficulty attached to it! We pray for jobs and relationships, God answered! The prayer has been answered, but wait it's attached to difficulty. You prayed for the job and its challenging. A new relationship is a struggle, But its still a blessing, and now we lean on God so He can guide us! Sometimes answered prayers are for spiritual growth!

I was just reading the rest of the scripture after the verse I just commented with (Acts 17:26). I felt it was powerful and I should post it here and let God use it for His glory. God bless. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. (Acts 17:26-31) "And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; {27} That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: {28} For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. {29} Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. {30} And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: {31} Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead."

Acts 2:38 is still God's plan of salvation for us today. One way for all people. The Jews, Gentiles, Samaritans, all came the same way. God is not the author of confusion. So he wouldn't set up many ways to be saved. That brings confusion. We have to come the way they came on Pentecost. All salvation scriptures fall under Acts 2:38. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body. It's a supernatural birth. 2 Corinthians 12:13, For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. Just saying, I believe can't save you. Scriptures! James 2:14-26, What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man says he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? Verse 17, Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Don't get Titus 3:5, mixed up with James 2:14-26. Both are right! One is a Work of your own good deeds and one is a Work of your faith. THERE IS NO SINNER'S PRAYER IN THE BIBLE. Why would anybody take a chance on salvation doing it any other way than the way they have done it in the bible? God will never change his word and do it man's way. Being that eternity is so long, doesn't it just make good sense to do it the way they did it to be right before God on that day? Just being a good person can't save you. Isaiah 64:6, But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. Romans 3:23, For all, have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. We know we can't enter heaven with our sins, so how do we get rid of them? Acts 2:38, Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the REMISSION OF SINS, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Some say water and Spirit don't save you. John 3:5, Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 1 Peter 3:21, The like figure whereunto BAPTISM DOTH ALSO NOW SAVE US (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ. What good is any message if it doesn't tell you how to be saved the right way at the end of it?
