In my High School, they implemented a self scheduling program and I only needed to complete basic math and I scheduled Algebra right out of my life. It’s funny but I have come to love math and am now on a daily quest to go as far as I can mathematically. Thanks for this lesson, appreciate it.

I understood: Algebra X+1=5 4+1=5 X = 4 X is a variable or unknown . Variables stand in the place of numbers. Variables are usually written as letters. a+10=12 a=2 2+10=12

Yeah, you have to pay attention to key words because the narrator talks either too fast or doesn't emphasize a sentence to highlight a key step in solving a problem. They speak in the same tone as if they're just telling a friend a story or like a regular conversation.

I went to high school in the mid-'60s. We didn't have algebra back then, We just had addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division. You didn't get into algebra until you got into college. It's amazing how the world has advanced in science & technology since the '60s.
