I'm sorry for what I am about to say, but I think that you have no touristic culture. To sum up things for you, in touristic cities they usually restore ancient buildings and keep them for pedestrians only to walk around comfortably and enjoy the attractions and the scenery around. Whereas, the new city can extend around the old city and farther. Think again, you don't have to demolish buildings to build new ones, you can simply keep the old ones and build more. So there!

@@imaddubai6674 يالقليط أنت مين جاي باش تحكي على وهران؟!!، الجاجة المسلوخة تضحك على على المريشة و المريشة تضحك على المذبوحة، أنا درت و شفت الشرق الغرب الصحراء الوسط و الله مكان مدينة فالجزائر أجمل من وهران التي هي كبيرة و جميلة منذ القدم و ليس منذ ألعاب البحر المتوسط يالكافي، كي تكون عمرك ما خرجت من دواركم مكان علاه تخرط و تعلق يضحكوا عليك يالقهوي، أصلا غي البراوية يجوا لوهران و ينخنلعوا فيها و يبداو يديروا وحد التصرفات غريبة من كثرة لي قلاليط و ماشي شايفين و ما يقدروش يسيطروا على الأدرينالين، ما حنا عايشين فيها و حاجة عادية بالنسبة لنا ملاحظة القليط مصطلح يقصد به عقلية معينة و تصرفات و أخلاق معينة (غير حميدة طبعا) و لا يقصد به المنبت أو مكان الولادة أو الشكل الذي خلقه الله
