Algonquin 2022: Crooked Chute to McManus Lake - Part 3

Jarin and "Buddy" Steve from Knox on Woods join Evan on a late season, four night trip down the Petawawa River. The enter the Park at Lake Travers on a chilly October morning and make their way downstream to the final take out at McManus lake.
The plan is to spend two nights at the Crooked Chute Ranger Cabin, and a third night on Whitson Lake. The goal is to run as many rapids as possible, and given the low water conditions that might be a little tricky.

Very cool. I used to do the same trip with my friends years ago. We used to also repel down that cliff at the lookout. Good times.
