LATIK - melted coconut sugar Maglalatik - Farmers and Cooks who create the Latik. 💚🌴💚 The coconut milk and flesh are removed from the shell for the sugar production.🌱 Then the shells are turned into charcoal to be used or sold. But before that, the farmers used it for entertainment to relax. 💕 Philippines is rich in coconuts. + We love dance and music. = Maglalatik Dance ✨🥳✨🤸

Alamat vocal line is so deep that even if 3 members left, they are still one of the best vocal groups in ppop. GAMI is a topnotch vocalist while Valfer and Kin are also good.

Trivia: the stuffed toy shown at the beginning is their mascot named Alamid. 😊 In OPM (original Pinoy music) it's a thing to have the songs pull from emotional and sad feeling as a theme. That's called 'hugot' (literal trans: pulled out) in tagalog.

Yes thats their debut. Feb 14 2021! Mo is one of the main rappers of the group. Prior to Alamat he, Alas & Valfer are part of the ph underground rap scene ^_^ Gami (green haired) & Valfer are often missed. Try watching their acoustic version of kbye, you'll see Tomas & Mo slaying their parts & adlibs ^_^

Haha the song was dedicated to Kin 😉😅✌️ Well however itseems a nine member group is good in the end it turned out still pretty well for Alamat as today they are launching their first mini album in a showcase. And tommorrow they will release the MV of another song and another 2 (hopefully will have MVs too)

I highly recommend their coca cola song. It was a collab with another famous Filipino artist and the message of the song was actually great as well as the overall production of the mv. It's called "Tibay 'yan" (it's a play from the word "tibayan" which means to strengthen).

just assume the weird stuff in their MVs (the coconuts in here and the crabs people from ABKD for example) are tied to Pilipino traditional and/or pop culture, it comes off endearing that way and less bad weird. hope that made sense but lol
