Ali Bedni Bugyal Family Trek with IndiaHikes Part 1

This video covers the first two days of our 4 day trek to Ali & Bedni Bugyal, Asia's largest meadows, set between the Garhwal and Kumaon ranges of Himalayas. The trek gives us a great view of some Himalayan peaks such as Mt.Trishul, Mt.Nandaghunti, Chaukamba among others. This video covers our trek from the IndiaHikes Lohajung campsite to Wan village. From Latu Devta Mandir, the trek on day 1 takes us to our campsite at Ghairoli Patal. Day 2 takes us from there to Bedni Kund, Bedni Top and after hearing some stories on Hom Kund, the skeletal remains in the Roopkund lake and about the famous once-in-12-years yatra along these trails, we take a hike to the Abin Kharak campsite to close day 2 with surreal views of the mighty Himalayan peaks!
