When criticized for it, he quickly and successfully justified talking about “the floater back stage” on a live TV program by saying it was about respect, and then fist pumped all of them at the end while saying the word respect to each of them. How he got the interviews with these clueless experts, how he got away with all what he said, will forever be a mystery 😂😂
@TinyMK12 жыл бұрын
I believe what happened was that he would accompany an older, distinguished looking man dressed in suit and tie. The interview subjects would then make conversation with this man, obviously thinking that he was the interviewer. Ali G would be messing with the equipment, so they’d just assume he was part of the crew. Then as soon as they started rolling, Ali G and the guy in the suit would switch places. That way the subjects were too caught off-guard and surprised and ended up continuing the interview with Ali G. 😆

@@Eskimo_iio Na the guy's completely nuts - and he's very serious and defensive about his beliefs, and probably felt smug afterward. He got arrested for tax fraud (and had to pay 3 million in restitution), while in jail, he tried to sue the rationalwiki for almost 3 million dollars with obviously bogus diffamation claim (simply stating objective facts such as "Hovind is a young Earth creationist and convicted tax fraudster" apparently are diffamation) that wouldn't, and didn't get to court, he beat his wife, he tried to suck up to Donald Trump to get a pardon, and he's got some batshit crazy conspiracy theories. For example, he managed to make a connection between communism and evolution in one text, somehow, and he follows the ridiculous strawman theory (look it up). And all of this is just the tip of the crazy iceberg. His name is Kent Hovind btw. "If evolution is true, you could not know that it’s true because your brain is nothing but chemicals.
