Geat interview! I am 46 and noticed i don't concentrate aa well once i got into my 40s. I thought it was just age but once she said that could be a symptom of low T, I felt like maybe there is something i can do about it. She also mentioned losing weight can help, i am at about 35% bodyfat. Hopefully losing some weight can get me feeling better.

I regularly listen to your podcasts, and when you there is no guest, the podcasts are great. But when you have a guest on, let them do most of the talking. Long time listeners will already know what you have to say about a topic. This last episode became so frustrating I turned it off. HTH

I don't hate TRT, I just think it's over-used by people who probably don't need it.

I have to agree with the other comments. Listened to your half hour rant on sleep, endlessly cutting off and not allowing one of the most knowledgeable person on Trt and hormonal optimization to even get a word in edgewise. We learned nothing about her or what she does to improve men's health. EVERYONE who listens to the pod already knows your anecdotes and reflections. Love your content Mike but you really need to let your guests speak. I've listened to hundreds and hundreds of your pods and this is steadily getting worse.

I just subscribed to your channel, and after watching half of this episode, i now feel the need to unsubscribe. This podcast seems to revolve around you and how you feel about the subject. Like my god man, its like you feel the need to be the smartest in the room or something. Let your guests do the talking. Btw, just because your buddy after all that effort, made it to 350-400 TT and feels good doesn't mean that's a good number for everybody, not everyone feels good at those numbers! Also TT is not the answer either, you have to look at the whole picture, FT, shbg etc. Just my opinion of course.
