This man is a born leader with indisputable high IQ. He has been a rare and academically genius student in Gsa. His Form four records in GSS is often told to candidates. He sat and passed District officers exam at one sitting which was extremely rare for cadet DOs. From the very first meeting, you get to admire him. He is always bubbling with life and smiling In the years l interacted with him him l never saw him down trodden. I know three events He helped and facilitated promotion of officers in his ministry,people from NFD and other Kenyans. He and Hassan Noor (PC)helped the Muslim community get back the current Baitulul Maal land for Tablique brothers in Eastleigh. Despite our Muslim Hindu having a colonial title deed the then a powerful politician wanted grap it.If were not him, his father in law and DO Kasarani Hassan Noor this beautiful mosque land would have grapped.
