These women have selective hearing. Yes as leaders you direct, but you have to have those follow. As a leader, if you have folks who don't follow. How can you lead. DJ that's pretty clear. You want leadership, but don't want to follow. How can one lead. Is she really that silly. You ask about where the leaders. A leader said one moment, but you continued to speak. So again. If the leader gives you a direction and you choose to not follow, what do you want him to do. Because it's a problem if he raises your voice or goes upsids your head for being disrespectful.

Recently, I completely removed myself from my kids lives do to their mother’s disrespect. She has cause so much psychological trauma and emotional trauma to my life I can really deal with her. I still financially support them but i gotta get myself right before i return into their lives.
