Too many men allow women to define them as protectors and providers. As a leader of a family a man is responsible for everything not just protecting and providing. He may delegate but he is ultimately responsible and accountable for the family.

If a man is disciplined and has principles, his presence alone is his greatest role in making his family the greatest. Women underestimate discipline and principles because they have lived such chaotic lives.

The female participants who answered were the wrong ppl to ask this question. They never had a husband or atleast not for long. It's like asking a person living in poverty what are the responsibilities of a rich person is.

What would benefit the black community is if older women would mentor younger women about all of the responsibilities required for men and women. We hear too much of how "can't nobody tell me how to live" or "I'm going to live my life the way i want"

The older women failed the younger ones because they either bitter from their failed marriages or they trying to compete with them

Did anyone notice the "protecting" in air quotes as if it's not real??🤦🏿

Women trust the government and legal system to protect them when men don’t trick or submit to their liking. Typical plantation mentality. Only problem is now it’s spread to other communities thanks again for this bullshit.

Everyone knows the husbands role but it only goes to a wife who fulfills her role

2:20 wtf is she talking about? That is exactly what the roles consist of. She just tried to jazz it up to sound extreme but she failed yet again.

I think that once the roles are standard and cemented then raising the children should be under those roles.

How you handle your wife is different than your children you're doing different levels of learning and leadership

I love how women do their best to define what a man, a husband, and a father is and what he entail, meanwhile these are the same representatives who can't tell you shit about what a woman, a wife or a mother is in any capacity. Hilarious...

Three things here. Title, Roles, and Skills. The ladies were speaking on Skills. "You have to be able to do more, like change diaper and nature". It looks like Darwyn was speaking on Roles "providing, protecting, teaching, problem solver". You need more skills when you get the Title of Parent, although theres not too many new Roles you include from going from Husband to Father. What the benefits given by his Roles are needed for both child and wife. However, he should/must learn new Parent titled skills, like changing a diaper. But again, that doesnt change his Role. And this is bi-directional with the genders.

In many of these shows, it is funny how the females are not being able to express, explain and comfirn their claim even given the 4 ladies chances to explain. Make that shit make sense.

Notice DJ can only speak on the husbands duties. Never hear feminist speak on the woman’s role. They’re expert on what men supposed to do 😮🪑🖐🏿gets some help
