Somehow watching you watch and heap praises on what Ali Sethi [who I call a sort of modern day messiah in his own non binary right] , and indeed the greater message of peaceful inclusion that CS is trying to convey, I figured out what a deep soul you are in yourself. I too, often sit and have days of listening to the masterful tunes of Ali Sethi and shedding a few tears, overcome with emotion. Other days, I'm drawn to the depths of Lata ji, Rafi saheb , Mukesh saheb and Kishore saheb. Somehow rising beyond our little confines feels so big and bold, so universal and so liberating. I saw this comment, and my inchoate thoughts found the words they were looking for. Such a pure reaction to the song. My paternal grandparents came to India after the partition, losing not just their savings, their possessions but also their siblings along the way. They felt like they'd lost their identities. I grew up listening to their stories. I look at the current politics of our countries, the divide between us, and it pains me to the core. At times like these, something like CS, like this song, is a balm. Great work, my friend. Amazing reaction video. Please, do keep them coming. 👍☺️

So so glad to see an empathetic person in the region who understands and values the meaning of connection and separation. The state level politics have so divided us that we have even forgotten the soul of humanity, the relation between the two souls, people of two different countries as we all are human beings having foundations of same calculus. The separation between Pakistan and India is not only real but unrealistic. I hope you get a chance to visit Pakistan and experience the hospitality. So glad you watched the BTS. Emotions are not a bad thing. Art is after all supposed to elicit emotions. Coke Studio has evolved and matured over the years into this. There is stunning material from previous years too, like Ustad Sami Khan or Asif Hussain Samraat and others. Xulfi's work from Nescafe Basement Studio is excellent as well. Some of the people in Coke Studio this season were first introduced as young kids in Nescafe Basement Studio.

I am very happy to see new artist in Coke Studio. Bcs in Pakistan there is no support for artist. In sense Like Brands who gives exposure of artist to audience.
