drinking water helps a lot cu s I used to drink 4 litres water in a day but I stopped drinking that much water n breakouts started to happen on my face even though I use face cleanser but still another breakouts start. I just drink 4 litres of water n use face wash at night n foam cleanser in the morning.N my skin is super gentle now

finally we have a video of actress who ACTUALLY IS TELLING US THE PRODUCTS SHE USES! THANK YOU ALIA ❤ She has the best skin in bwood. Shes so sweet to share this all with us cuz i swear no other actress does. Other actresses just say that "I love diy skin care" or "I don't use anything other than besan and turmeric blah blah" which don't get me wrong has benefits but its not the best. or the most famous one "drink lots of water" 😒 like we know you use products, and yea not the ones that sponsor you (like lakme, fair and lovely, ponds, etc.) Alia is someone I can trust with skincare cuz she has good skin & is natural & hasn't done anything done to her face. West actresses always mention products they use but rarely in india like it's some sort of mystery lol. Love u alia Btw if anyone is confused she said this 👇 •Cleanse (face wash) -Oil/balm cleanser for removing makeup -Gel/Cream/Foam Cleanser otherwise •Spray face with a mist & use roller •Eye cream •Niacinimide •Caffeine Solution Drops •Moisturizer •Sunscreen (yes, even when there is no sun, so you don't age fast, get sunburned, or skin cancer) some of the products she used •The face roller you can get from anywhere, I got one from amazon. •Then i think she used the Mac Prep + Primer and setting spray •Eye cream [Dew it all from Farmacy Beauty] (but not sure) •Niacinimide [Glow Recipe Watermelon glow niacinimide dew drops] •Caffeine Solution Drops [ The Ordinary] •Moisturizer [Glow Recipe Watermelon Pink Juice] •Sunscreen I'm not really sure. Could be by innisfree brand maybe. But you must use any!! do use any sunscreen that has an SPF of 30 or higher (: sunscreen has so many benefits. Go on Google and type sunscreen aging. Make sure you put it everywhere so u age evenly. Also I can tell from her bag that she uses alot of Glow Recipe products, The ordinary products, & Glossier products, Drunk Elephant, Dr Barbara Strum. Other products I'm not to sure about but these are the ones I noticed. Hope this helps ❤ Wish everyone a good skin care journey.

Just as a skin enthusiast, I am saying. If you have other issues like pigmentation and dark spots use Vitamin C or for active acne use salicylic before adding niacinamide or you can use niacinamide in day and retinol at night.

For someone who is interested about the brands she is using i think they are glow recipe serum and moisturizer and the ordinary caffeine solution. I also noticed a drunk elephant c serum in the bag. These are high end products and quite expensive. But i loved her honesty. I really hated the fake skincare habits the Bollywood actresses talks about.
