I’d really recommend a Moka pot for coffee! I went from a French press to that and I feel like it makes me feel intentional with my morning coffee but it’s still pretty quick and hands off once you put it on the stove

Just looking out, but to prevent injury your back should be straight and not moving when doing bent over rows (this is an isolation exercise)! The only thing moving should be your arms If you do find your back moving or curving, may have to go down in weight first to build up back strength or stand up for a few seconds to take a break
