I also just want to say as someone in my early 30s, it's amazing to see a young woman balance health as well as you do. When I was your age, I was in a constant cycle of poor eating and then starving myself. You're a great example for your followers :)

You will absolutely crush the half!! I ran my first at the beginning of October with like a week of training- your body can do such incredible things and it is more of a mental game than it is physical! Make sure you buy some energy chews (honey stinger) and bring heaps of water with you! Happy to answer any questions even though I am by no means an expert! Good luck!

I feel like you'd enjoy using an Aeropress coffee maker. It's an inexpensive way to make really good tasting coffee at home! I love mine because you can make a coffee concentrate with it in under 5 min with either hot or room temperature water. It's so versatile and can be used to make so many types of coffee drinks. I highly recommend it if you're wanting to make good coffee from home for a decent price :) I LOVE your content btw!! So inspirational and calming.
