I have lived in Seattle for almost 7/8 years now and I still have not been to half of these places in her vlogs, even though I recognize them lol. i love the run chats!! ive started running for the same exact reason--for the past 2 years ive been dealing with some health conditions where at my worst i couldnt even walk around my own house. so running to me is also super important and makes me feel so grateful for what my body can do! so excited to see ur progress with the half marathon :) im running a 5k in feb but want to do a half at some point too!

The running talk actually got to me! I used to run regularly for a couple of years, even did races here and there. Then I injured my heel four years ago and never managed to get back into a routine after that. I feel like I put way too much emotional pressure on running now, because I remember how good it felt (and it obviously doesn't feel the same right away, especially now after four years without proper training). I hope I'll get back to it some day. Good luck for your half marathon!
