It’s just sad that the entire upper deck is completely empty, especially when that stadium was packed two nights before for the Billy Joel- Stevie Nicks concert. Embarrassing!! Morgan Wallen played there and packed Ohio Stadium two nights in a row! This is just embarrassing. Ugh.
