@@davidwatts3048 They were all on heroin. They kicked it, except Layne; he made his own choice. He's gone, they moved on. Besides, nobody thought they were a tribute band after Mike Starr died.

@@mattwilkins9978 You can’t compare Mike Starr departure to Layne’s departure. Layne is the greatest singer to ever live so they’re only a tribute band without him.

I am so glad to see the band touring again. I saw them in Raleigh NC about 4 years ago. They were amazing! Everyone looks about the same a bit older BUT Jerry looks like he has aged about 10 years. He sounds good and is playing excellent but I think the road, losing so many friends and health issues have caught up with him. Four years ago he looked tan strong and fit. I wish him well - glad he grew the hair back. William sounds amazing - more than 10 years in the band now?

I was at this show AND HOLY SHIT! They rocked!!! I was in the middle of the crowd and they were awesome! Hard to see in this video, but there was a huge mosh pit in the front during Them Bones, Nutshell, Man in the Box, etc. people crowd surfing as well,.

Gonna see them this Thursday. Including the 2 times I saw Jerry solo this will be my 11th time seeing them. Always fucking brilliant!! To everyone who still dogs on William.....fuck off already! Yes we all miss Layne.....but it is what it is. He is gone. William is here....he is fucking amazing....just be grateful that these guys are still touring and releasing killer music. If you dislike William so much...then why even take the time to comment on the thread?! Scroll on or find something better to do with your fucking time.

thanks for this! I am a bit torn to see them live and was debating going to this show (I live about 20 minutes away from the new venue the Anthem) - ended up not going. Figured I could see most of it on KZbin. I've been to the Anthem twice now and have had mixed emotions on the venue. Long story short if the price was right I'd have gone but I couldn't justify the iffy venue with a $50 price tag for a band that doesn't have Layne anymore but I'll check it out now that it's online! Thanks!
