Great update over the old setup. If you cut out the dividers on the m16 magazine pouches it will be much easier to get stuff in and out. While you have your pouches out and the seam ripper handy remove the grenade loops on the sides to free up a bit of real estate and clean them up visually. Consider packing some toilet paper, and tinder as well. There may be some in your MREs but maybe not. Also, I didn't see your fire steel make it back in. Maybe pack a bic lighter as a backup.

No dont remove the gernade pouches or the dividers in the m16 pouches! first you can use the gernade loops to hold stuff maybe not much but still and with the dividers it reinforces the m16 pouch

The thin webbing dividers reinforce the mag pouch? What are you going to put in the grenade loops? They are open on the bottom...

well the dividers help a little but i mean the grenade loops you can use to hook on idk climbers hooks lol you can use it for many things

ray lemere I've used the grenade loops before to hold a military angle head flashlight. Its not practical but it works. In regard to the dividers, most of the pouches I've seen usually will have them cut out. I use the pouches both ways.
