+1 Johanna Milena Innerhofer -- Here are the lyrics, as exact as I can make them, & preserving the occasional inconsistency here & there. Punctuation is of course assumed, but I write myself, and communication can turn a quick 180 when punctuation's left in the air. The task wasn't much work, as you'd fleshed out all but a smidge here & there, but I had some unexpected OCD fun at the task, and even better, I know the words by heart! (I had originally wondered if the song was a tribute to Haruki Murakami, the amazing writer whose words we only get in translation (unless we know Japanese). I still don't know for sure, as I can think of a few of his novels where the song might be said to relate to the prose, but only the song's writer iknows for sure, & I always feel that such is the proper way of introducing your work to an audience: naked, but for the words upon its back.
