I agree with you, the cold plasma moisturizer is my favorite. I love the smell of it and the finish. It feels like a super heavy, balm like product but leaves my face matte which I prefer.

I am a huge Perricone user and fan of some items and I do use very affordable product in conjunction with Perricone the chia oil I did not purchase because well good molecules makes one for 10$ so and it’s mixed with bakuchiol which would be great with my nighttime routine with retinal my favorite Perricone that I have tried to abandon but come running back for is the acyl glutathione eye lid serum that thing last me minimum 6 months as I need so little I also still use brightening amine face lift and I use it with Geek & gorgeous c glow and it’s amazing together I also use there firming eye lift and Perricone a brightening eye serum again even tho they are small minimum 6 months I do like the cold plasma line as well pretty amazing results for me and there photo bright moisturizer spf originally had astaxanthin in it I too was skeptical of the protection but it does protect well if applied correctly and gives the skin an amazing glow yes Perricone is at luxury price but out of the luxury brands it’s definitely top notch in my experience I will say not all products are great but they have some solid winners and I too use all my discount codes to get the deals reality is if Perricone would get rid of the discounts and just lower the prices it would gain more attention but I get for many it’s not obtainable to commit to but my products last months so it’s definitely worth it for me I must also say when it comes to DMAE and micro current use them in the same routine ‼️‼️ dmae enhances micro current treatments I use NuFACE and I also use celluma and omnilux I also have platinum led for body red light therapy and revive light therapy Perricone skincare works great with at home devices in the morning I use my red light infrared devices follow with a NuFACE session then do my skin regimen which includes geek & gorgeous c glow followed with Perricone c ester topped with spf and the skin has been glowing ✨and very happy Perricone also is about educating on inflammation and the connection to aging and using vitamin supplements which I fully believe in and follow

I'm new to your Channel 😊. Great video. You look amazing ❤. I love the Perricone MD products. I only use them. My skin changed so much. I have Rosacea. My redness and inflammation is gone by 85-95% since I started using the products. I'm not a big fan of the Essential FX collection. Their is too much perfume in it. I love the Cold Plasma, CBD and High Potency collection. So good for my skin. I ordered the Vitamin C Photo Breigthening Moisturizer and the Essential FX Cleansing Balm. I will see how much I like them. To cover my redness, I use the No Makeup foundation serum. Amazing product ❤. I'll keep you updated. Have a great week.

I remember watching Dr. Perricone giving talks during the OBS pledge drives. (Yes, I am a genx 🤓.) I still use the free advice to this day! (Eat salmon, drink water and load up on vegetables etc) I was stoked when I saw he had started a skincare line until…I saw the prices😅. I love your take on all things skincare, and completely agree l, now that I have a a try of almost all of these products. I like the cold plasma stuff for my aging neck…BUT it is a sometimes treat and only when it’s on sale. I rely on other more affordable stuff on the regular. I appreciate you Alice. I will say the DMAE is always tempting as microcurrent on my neck scares me a bit!
@AliceintheRabbitHole Жыл бұрын
That’s great advice! I love salmon so much oh my goodness lol. Yeah I’ve noticed there’s a lot more DMAE appearing in affordable products too. Perricone MD definitely has some competition these days, but I have a sneaking suspicion they also do have loyalists!

Thank you for your honest thoughts about this brand. This is a "prestige" line at Ulta and I always wondered if it was worth the price or if I would be buying into the label. The samples at Ulta sometimes smell rancid and they don't have samples in the Plasma line, or the No Makeup makeup. I really hate invest money in a expensive full size product only to take it back. I'm a Costco member and see this at times a fraction of the MSRP. If your patience Costco has discounts on top of the membership price, but when they ready to remove it from stock you get it for even less. I have the Firming eye cream in the green glass jar, and the Brighting ester C. I own a Skinceudicals AGE eye cream so it has a lot to compete with. I'm just waiting to carousel this into my routine.
@AliceintheRabbitHole Жыл бұрын
It is soooo frustrating to me when Ulta sends out rancid samples. They need better quality control there, ick! But yep I hear Costco is a great place to get good skincare deals 😃

I was low-key hoping you'd have tried the Nutritive Cleanser. I DESPISE the cloying, powdery scent (which even lingers, ack!) and the fact that it has sodium laureth sulfate, but I secretly like using it about twice a week for a deeper wash than my usual cream cleanser (Jordan Samuel Matinee Cream Cleanser, which I adore).

maybe a review of 'skinare infused' makeup like rms, revlon (the foundation you like), loreal pha and 4% niacinamide primer etc. Does it make sense to have such a hybrid product? i feel it would be more of a chatty video. On one hand i feel the makeup is on top of too many other products to work but on the other hand people frequntly find makeup breaks them out so some of the product must be absorbed (as another example makeup can be drying or almost nourishing in feel). It overall feels a bit nuanced to me like active ingredients in cleansers. anyway love the idea of re-reviewing old products
@AliceintheRabbitHole Жыл бұрын
Yep, and a lot of it has to do with the ingredients in question. I see peptides in more and more makeup products, and given the questions around absorption with those, I can’t help but side eye claims on those in makeup products (wherein the formula is made to sit on the surface of the skin!) However, emollient ingredients certainly make sense (ie the squalane in the Revlon). We can see those working given their nature! I think you’re spot on to say it’s more nuanced!
