The yellow sunscreen is my favourite ❤ I've tried other popular sunscreens, but I kept coming back to the yellow one. I don't want to change my sunscreen anymore lol. I'd love to try out their toner though

I snagged a 2024 calendar from the recycling bin at work just so I could burn it. 2024 can suck it. I got my order from Into You, then last week I randomly got another package from them with a bunch of items, none of which I ordered. I did a lot of research on the hanbang skin care lines and, everything I checked on has perfume added. Perfume in skin care is a known irritant. What a shame. So im guessing the signature Sulwhasoo ginseng scent we all know and love is perfume. What a letdown. I will be sticking with actives and regular k and jbeauty stuff without perfume.

I have never used Dime’s skincare but I love their fragrances! An ad for another “ingredients conscious” fragrance co nudged me to do a deep dive and somehow I ended up finding Dime. I bought their best sellers sample kit and their fragrance boosters and almost all are winners, am really enjoying them!

I think you can try with : 1) lower concentration, a less than 5% would be a little tolerable near your eye area. 2) sometimes the pH of the acid is just spoken about but the pKa is never discussed, if you have such an issue with the severe burn, the pKa could be very low. 3) skin barrier is also a quintessential factor when it comes to the burning sensation of the skin? If you use Retinoids or, Salicylic Acid usually, I think you should have a minimum of a week's gap for you to try Glycolic. Best wishes from India, thanks for making the internet great again!!! I always had oily skin…. But I started using products for dry skin and it actually balanced my skin out and it’s no longer oily!

2024 has been a terrible year, jobloss, doctors, surgeries, vile government (Labour party I'm looking at you), COST of living, everything is so expensive! This year just sucked.

Ok this bias thing is so true. I was obsessed with Drunk Elephant protini for YEAR$$$$$. I would try to find other moisturizers that were not as expensive, but always went back to DE Protini. When I started using a $20 k-beauty moisturizer that I liked a ton, but something was missing… I got a pot to decant the $20 moisturizer in that uses the same delivery component… and now, I love it just as much as DE Protini. User experience/bias is so much of skincare!

I had a nice 2024. I went to the USA to see my BF, and then we also went to Japan together for the first time. And now we've broken up. I also went to Paris for a weekend with my mom. But all in all it was a productive year. I met some lovely people at work. I got put on a nice project. I lost a bit of weight, which is good. I saw my favorite kpop band at concert. My goal next year is to save money, move out and lose more weight. :) I hope 2025 treats you well

I am 98% sure the maybelline lifter liners are the exact same as the about face liners and both of them are holy grails. I will probably never buy another lip liner formula. I have most of the lifter liners at this point.

I never use glycolic acid, mostly because a youtuber I follow Dr Vanita Rattan always says it is not suitable for skin of colour due to the risk of hyperpigmentation and chemical burns on coloured skin which then take a million years to treat, and instead to use mandelic acid instead, or at most lactic acid. I love the isntree 8% AHA which is lactic acid as my exfoliant of choice.

Oh I love the brush wands from Japan. I use them as base for my western mascara and I use mascara base from japan/korea under my western mascara too.

Tarte tingling treatment lover here!!! It’s strong and slightly stingy however i keep repurchasing for years and years. Nothing has come close to this. I had texture on my cheeks and forehead and frequent breakouts. I buy the 50ml travel version and it lasts for 3-4 months (i put a few drops in my hand and spread it all over after cleansing). Have a great 2025!!!

I quite literally almost died 4 times this year due to my serous chronic illnesses, was bedridden for over 3 months and hospitalized multiple times. 2024 could not leave fast enough 😂 Your videos always put a smile on my face no matter what. I am so grateful to have been a follower for so many years now. And hopefully for many, many more 🥰🥰🥰

Happy almost 2025! I'm all with you on no glycolic acid, though I've been all in for over a year on any exfoliant that's not a wash off. I don't have sensitive skin, but it still just doesn't work well for me and frankly I rarely need it other than a weekly(ish) use of an enzyme powder and a rare exfoliating facial mask (they come free with so many things so I never buy them). As far as the Gothamista essence, it's sitting in my drawer and I'm 1 product away from pulling it out. She was the first influencer that I really got into when I started searching skincare, bought some of the Wishtrend boxes she did and to this day have some of my favorite products as ones she pushed me in the direction of (with some duds too I'll admit). So many reviewers were viewing a product quality either as magic in a bottle or blind faith in an inky list while she and others appreciated both scientific supporting literature and cosmetic elegance. Good tips, good explanations and often good recommendations even if everyone's skin is different. More information is always good, and I'll figure out whether I want to buy prescription tretinoin for results on skin or lush bath bombs b/c they smell AMAZING based on my desires and goals (I bought both and got the lush stuff half off from Boxing Day sale)

Placed my second order over Black Friday 2024 for several of the Missha cream products. Adding an essence this go around. I have oily to combo skin and love the feel of slugging so these truly offer the perfect texture for me. I have never loved my skin more. We have different skin needs but I have fallen in love with so many of the products I have tried based on your recommendations. The GOOD LIGHT is another brand I feel blessed you introduced me too.
