I’ve made several bears from my grandmas old clothes and grandpas ties. I would recommend interfacing each piece. It helps prevent stretching so you will have less issues with holes and patching. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

I've been watching for the last month, I've landed here through Hannah's channel. My recently new skincare discover after trying a lot of things is this three steps: 1 - Wash your face every day with glycerin soap and rinse well. 2 - Dry your face with a clean washcloth. 3 - Apply 2% salicylic acid to your face (be careful not to get it in your eyes) and let it dry for 2 minutes. 4 - Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly (Vaseline, I use a unbranded one from the supermarket) Do this every day and avoid squeezing or picking at your skin. The ideal diet is also important. I'm on keto diet but you don't have to but you should avoid processed food. Good luck with your skin and I really appreciate your crafting and your talent!

Hey Alice, I struggled really bad with my skin too. I would look back at old pics of important moments, like my graduation, and feel really upset that I looked so bad. But I would be standing in the mirror, picking at my face, screaming at myself internally to stop it, but I just couldn’t. I’m 32, and it’s only cleared up in the last couple of years. I think a combination of things helped, so I thought I would share. For me, it’s been a simple skin routine, drinking plenty of water, improving my mental health through therapy and faith, and finding the right motivations not to pick. I read somewhere that your skin is like a sponge, and everything you put on it gets absorbed into your body, so don’t put anything on your skin you wouldn’t eat. I'm not sure how true that is, but it made me want to stop trying all the things and get the most simple, chemical-free skin stuff and stick to it for a while to really test it out. I now use a Simple cleanser, both the gel type one and moisturising one, whatever is on offer. I then use L’Oreal Paris SPF 50+ Revitalift during the day and a Simple night cream. When I do get the odd spot (and still inevitably pick it if I’m stressed) I use a wichhazel stick, you can get them at Tesco and I’m sure other supermarkets. I found that it stings like a bitch when you put it on a freshly picked spot, but it’s kinda like a punishment and a reminder to stop picking, but I found it also helped heal them quicker. Since my skin has improved massively, I have been able to slowly add in the odd thing to try it but keep the rest of the routine the same as I know it works. In terms of motivation, I used the pain of the witch hazel stick as a deterrent, like when I picked the skin on my fingers and then peeled an orange. Ouch! Keep things like tweezers, etc, out of reach if that’s something you’re prone to reaching for, like me. But also, I proved to myself I could go without picking once, and so I’ve used that to help since. I didn’t want my face to be a mess for when my nephew was born; I wanted my first pics with him to be lovely, and I did manage to clear my skin up. Having that goal really helped. I fell back into old habits afterwards because I didn’t have a goal. But now I’m single and conscious I won’t feel confident to talk to new guys if my face is a mess, so I tell myself that when I’m picking, my new goal is finding a husband, so I gotta be on top form all the time, lol. I also think not being with my asshole ex has helped as the stress of him in my life has gone, lol. My skin is not perfect, I still get the odd spot and I still do pick at it, but it’s literally the odd one and is such an improvement on what it was I can deal with it. I felt so down about it before, but I want you to know it won’t be like that forever. Keep working on it, keep things simple, keep working on healthy habits for physical and mental health, and you will get to a place where you feel better about your skin :)

📚 hi Alice, loved the video. The bear and blanket are beautiful! Well done for your review, hopefully it helps you believe in yourself more and not worry as much(bad managers are so hard to get over). Sorry to hear you insecure about the spots, I’m 36 and still get them. So you’re not alone, and no one judges you on it. And if they did that’s a them issue not a you issue. And you’ve also given me the confidence to try Katkin as well. Never seen anyone I trusted option on it but think we will see what my little one thinks. Xx

📚 Love the blanket and teddy bear, they're so cute 😍 thank you for talking about the trauma/stress -worksituation! I got "traumatised" from a workplace a few years back and after that I can't shake off the fealing of not being good enough and thinking that everyone hates me 🤦♀️ it was nice to hear someone else talk about it, I thought I was crazy or just lazy and bad at my work 😅💔

Very much enjoying your videos, always makes me feel productive (tend to watch while I sort laundry or do the dishes or something as it's like having a pal help me do it!) I have combination skin, much better with spots these days but honestly swear by aveeno Moisturiser for everything. My Mam used to get it on prescription off the GP so that makes me feel like it's more legit. it's moisturising without being too heavy and it's so sensitive friendly as it has nothing scary in it!

📚 Look into Paula's Choice, specifically their 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. I'm 28 and have hormonal acne, this clears it up like 80%. The Cerave PM lotion is also holy grail for me, not too oily but very moisturizing!

📚 Bit of a lurker here! I know what you mean about the spots. I am 30 in a month and still get spots and excess hair growth on my jaw line. It can be my hormones that trigger it for me. My GF is much the same and is 45. I hope you ind some relief soon
